Full hydraulic CNC four-roller rolling machine is the most accurate rolling machine on the market today, which is easy to operate, and highly productive; its design has the advantages that other forms of coiling machines do not have:
• The straight edge coiled is shorter than those by any other coiling machine (good pre-bending performance);
• Convenient for adding plate handling equipment (transfer stations, charging devices), and other optional parts;
• The entire coiling process can be completed at just one time, including bilateral pre-bending;
• The coiling process is easy to operate, without very high requirements for the operator's skill level;
• Sound geometrical design, high-precision workpieces after rolling, with good roundness;
• The sheets are fed horizontally (particularly conducive for feeding long plate);
• In the rolling process, sheets remain being clamped by upper and lower rollers (preventing sliding);
• Only the end of the sheet that is fed into the machine has the margin;
• The sheets are calibrated in time through the calibrating roller on the back.
