The host is TZM bending machine equipped with the dedicated CNC system made by Delem (or alternatively the Swiss Cybelec); the servo motors adopt imported slide strokes (Y) and rear stoppers (X, R, Z); the main pressures are all controlled by the computer automatically; the back stoppers adopt ball screws and rolling guides; the repeated positioning accuracy is high; CNC system has the high, medium and low-end options.

CNC system functions:

1. Unidirectional and bidirectional positioning function, can effectively eliminate lead screws

2. Back-down sorting function, to avoid interference of stoppers and workpieces, reduce wear and improve positioning accuracy.

3. Hydraulic plate bending machine has automatic or manual searching reference point function, and power-down position memory function, to realize onsite protection of parameters, location and procedures.

4. Multi-step processing programming function, can realize multi-step dynamic run, and complete one-time processing of multi-step parts, to improve production efficiency.

5. One axis servo motor automatically controls the up and down stroke of sliders, and the other axis servo motor controls the rear stoppers.

6. With two machine tools working simultaneously, it is possible to process super-long workpieces; the machine tools can also be used alone, to improve production efficiency;

7. The upper die of the hydraulic plate bending machine is equipped with a deflection compensation mechanism to ensure the accuracy of workpiece;

8. Synchronized control of mechanical stoppers, twisting axis synchronization valve;

9. Electric adjustment and digital display for rear stopper distances and upper slider strokes.
